Do you want to lead technically complex projects in backup power in a market where the demand for energy solutions and data centers is rapidly growing?

We are now looking for a Project Manager who wants to take responsibility for projects within EPG (Electric Power Generation). In this role, you will lead projects from planning to delivery and work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure progress, quality, and results.

You will work in a rapidly growing market where the need for energy solutions for data centers is increasing. The projects are often technically advanced and business-critical, making the project manager role central to creating structure and ensuring delivery.

The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of working methods and project methodology as projects become larger and more complex. You will also work in a project environment with international collaborations both within the Nordic region and globally.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Lead and drive projects within the EPG segment from planning to delivery and follow-up

  • Ensure project results regarding timelines, quality, budget, and risk

  • Coordinate work between internal functions, suppliers, and external partners

  • Support the sales organization in technical matters and contribute to customer dialogue and cost estimation

  • Be responsible for installation, commissioning, and handover of projects to customers

  • Follow up on project results and contribute to the improvement of working methods and project processes

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with solid experience in leading technically complex projects and who thrives in environments where structure, coordination, and responsibility are central. You have a good technical understanding and are motivated to drive projects in close collaboration with both customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Engineering degree in electrical power or a related field

  • Experience in leading and executing projects in technical environments

  • Experience with larger and complex projects with budget and delivery responsibility

  • Good understanding of technical systems, installations, or infrastructure solutions

  • Experience with projects in environments with high demands on safety, quality, and structure

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Desirable experience:

  • Experience from larger construction, installation, or industrial projects

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project documentation

  • Experience with international projects or collaborations

  • Experience in developing working methods, methods, or technical solutions
